Reservation Policies:
Credit card, either Visa or Master Card, is required to guarantee reservation.
When without Suites Obelisk authorization, a suite or room is occupied by more people than specified, it will incur in a penalty of $ 2,000.00 Mexican Pesos per person and/or child.
Cancellation Policies:
High Season (March to November):
In cancellations received 5 days prior to the date of arrival, one night plus tax will be charged to credit card.
Low season (December to February):
In cancellations received 3 days prior to the date of arrival, one night plus tax will be charged to credit card.
No-shows and early departures:
Will be penalized with the total stay plus taxes. All penalties will be charged to the credit card left when confirming the reservation.
